“Hey check out this book Teressa” Exclaimed Natalie . “What” said Terressa
without looking up . “ It is the newest book , It's your favorite , It's called
Animal kingdom vs Toy Kingdom .” said Natalie .
“Woah! Natalie, thanks I was looking for that book for ages!” Terressa
yelled like crazy jumping out of her chair. “Shhhh!” at least a dozen people
shushed her . “ Same here , hey why don’t we go read this book at my house
together , because umm.. I have a feeling that if we read here you might get
kicked out , you know what I mean right?” Said Natalie .”Yup, I know exactly
what you're talking about we’ll probably get kicked out for life..and we can
read the book at your house.”said Terresa knowingly
“We or you because I am not the one who is screaming my head off after
every word.” said Natalie as a matter of factly .
”Hummph, whatever! Okay maybe I am a bit too excited but hey I like
reading these adventure series , and what about you...squealing in public
whenever you see really small animals I bet if it was a library you’d already
be kicked out forever by now!” said Terresa annoyingly
“But … , Okay , fine you got me but it is mainly because they are so adorable .
Never mind leave it , let's go to my home” said Natalie .
“Can we read at your house at 2 tomorrow? I’ve got homework !” asked
Terresa
‘Ding’ “Oh , my mom just texted me she said your mom had to rush to work
for something important so you’ll be coming to my house , plus she made double
chocolate fudge cookies” Exclaimed Natalie .
“Ok then never mind let’s go now!” Teressa said eagerly
“Great , come on lets check out this book and go” .
“Wewh I’ve never cycled this fast or been this excited IN MY LIFE!” Terresa
hysterically screamed.
“ Really , well then let’s see if you can go faster , race you” said Natalie
giggling and zoomed away.
“ I got here before you slowpoke,” teased Natalie .
“ Whatever, i’m just excited to read the book and eat double chocolate
fudge cookies” ” muttered Terresa
“ I am not surprised , now let's go inside and munch on some double
chocolate fudge cookies” babbled Natalie
“Mmmm my mouth’s already watering” said Terresa uncontrollably.
“Same here , now come on let's go inside” Said Natalie Opening the door .
“Yeah let’s go” said Teressa drooling in her mouth
They ran inside and went straight to the kitchen .
“Mom , Can Teressa and I please have some double chocolate
fudge cookies” Asked Natalie .
“Sure Girls , would you like some milk to go along with them” Answered
Natalie’s Mom.
“Thanks so much Mrs .Hobbs, and yes i would really enjoy some milk with your mouth
watering cookies!” babbled Teressa
“Thanks for the compliment , here you are girls.” gushed Mrs.Hobbs .
Thanks Mom” shouted Natalie as she ran to the stairs.
“Ok Natalie, now we have cookies Natalie and milk. Can we please start
reading the book?” said Teressa wildly.
“Of course Teressa , can you please stop jumping your gonna make me
knock down these cookies and milk”
Chapter 2-WHAT HAPPENED?
“Ok nutella let’s start reading” said Teressa to Natile restlessly
“Alright taco” replied Natalie with a mouth full of cookies
So, they both sat on a bean bag each , took out the book. . Both of them were very excited and were ready to read. But little did they know what was to await them?
“Animal Kingdom vs. Toy Kingdom , Written by Natasha & Terrenda” Read
Natalie
“ Hey those names sound like ours don't you think?” questioned Terresa
“I don’t think so ” Answered Natalie
“Hmm whatever, there are probably loads of names that sound like ours”
said Teressa as a matter of factly.
“Yeah ….. wait a sec what's happening , there's light all over the book” gasped
Natalie
.
“ Woah… I can see the toy kingdom...When I said I could imagine it I didn't mean this much.
Me too , how ? …. Oh No ! the books rising out of my hand” stuttered Natalie
“Woah we’re flying …. What’s happening teresa” screamed Natalie.“I have no idea!” whimpered Teressa .
In a flash of light both of them disappeared inside the book .

Hmm maybe this is a dream right? I questioned . Natalie.. Natalie, are you
there?
I asked frightfully
no answer..
Ok so I guess I’m alone.. Just great in an abnormal place that I had no idea
existed! I screamed in anger. Ok I better calm down and think about a solution
to this insane problem. So what should I do first umm find Natilie..where could
she be?? I know she probably found some cute little animal and.. Oh my gosh is
that, am I dreaming. Is that what I think it is an action figure from animal
kingdom Vs toy kingdom i have the exact same one. Ok i just decided that Natalie can wait…!
Woah this is awesome! I’m just gonna pick up this funky toy and..
“ Hey! Who in the world are you” screeched the toy
I- I-I wait a minute, who , what , how are you talking to me? I answered in
utter curiosity. “ What are you talking about, this toy kingdom?” said the
confused toy “What's your name anyways!”
oh umm my name..my name i said in awe, I’m Teressa.
Teressa! Exclaimed the toy! “The queen was looking for someone called teresa”
really I am confused about how someone would know me. I just came and flew
here. .
Pew pew pew-pew is just me or do I hear a horn… All hail Queen terenda..is
it me or is that name familiar… whatever probably just me. “Oh I see you have
arrived dear !“ she said in probably the most posh voice i ever heard…
Please escort her to the castle Tom. ``Yes, your highness!” said a deep voice
and then there
came a toy soldier who took me in a toy car through the city. As I was sitting in the car
I could see the city properly. It was made of...LEGO.
Then we reached the castle. As I saw it I was just mesmorised.
It was made entirely of toy gems, sparkly lego, and the windows were made of
..slime! There were lego figurines all over the city as well as other toys and some
lego figures were guarding the castle! Some were dressed as doctors, soldiers,
actors, news reporters and more. I just came up to the Queen she was a barbie
doll .
“ Oh dear you arrived I was waiting for you. So let me tell you why I have
asked you to arrive”, said the
queen in her always posh voice.
Nobody asked me to arrive. I just magically….
I said uninterrupted
“ Whatever child let me tell you why I called you here our biggest rival is
Animal Kingdom.” said the queen
Animal kingdom eh... if only Natalie was here !!
:And We are going to invite the people of the animal kingdom and at
that time we will take over their
country and their land .We need your help with this child” continued the queen
. What ! fighting is not the best way to take things just have a meeting or
something? I said
“Listen girl you are not the boss here I am the queen you listen to what I say”
hollered the queen and in her posh voice . Geez , that queens got temper!
Ok Your Majesty as you wish I said. Denying why I really needed to like that
book.
“Good job child I knew you would say yes! That's why I organised an amazing
meal for you
Butterscotch ice cream and chocolate chip cakes with some and hot chocolate"
Said the queen.
Well I was hungry…

woah , Where am I ??. This Place Is oddly different . Teresa , Teresa where are you I yelled . She must be hiding . What a prankster…
Taco , This is so not Funny , come out . I Shouted sternly to see Teresa come out of a hiding place instead a Cute Hedgehog that looks almost like a TACO wearing a hat . “Okay Fine you found me” It said.
AWWW… aren’t you the cutest little hedgehog I gushed . “Umm.. Excuse me , I am not cute , and I would like you to address me as Sir or Mr.Taco” Replied the hedgehog in a deep voice . Oh , umm .. sure Mr.Taco! I said, trying not to laugh.
“Oh , please Taco , try to make her feel like home not like your servant” Said this Hedgehog with a notepad standing right next to Mr.Taco.
“Fine” Mr.Taco Growled .
That's when it hit my mind , Did that Hedgehog just talk to me . I guess ‘sir’ Had the same question . “Did yoo … can you understand me?” He asked frightened . I nodded my head with my eyes bulged out . “How” He asked. I was about to answer that I don’t know when this super cute Koala came up to Mr.Taco and said “Sir, Queen Natasha has heard about the visit ... .” Then he turned to ask me “What’s your name little girl” . Natalie , I answered . I was kinda bummed out that he called me “little girl” . I know for a fact that I DON’T look small . I am 13 years old . A complete teenager .Then he continued “(clears throat) As I was saying Queen Natasha has heard about the visit of … Natalie . She would like to meet her.” . “Okay ,Cuddles you may escort her to Queen Natasha .” said Mr.Taco . “Of course sir” Replied Cuddles “Come on Ma’am , I shall take you to the queens Room” . Okay , I replied .
I feel kinda uneasy about this . “This way Ma’am” Said cuddles pointing right . Okay and umm… don’t call me ma’am , call me Natalie please , I told him . Okay Natalie” He replied gleefully . After walking through some corridors We finally reached the queen's room . The door was HUGE . I guess the queen is big like an Elephant (No offence) .
Cuddles opened the door and I walked in . The room was huge . On both sides of the wall there were 2 doors Each . Inside one of the doors I could see a mountain of fruits and vegetables .
Then I noticed this huge throne right up front . Right there was an elephant sitting there . (so I was right about the queen being big) . “Your majesty” said cuddles and bowed down . He motioned for me to bow too . “ thank you , cuddles for bringing natalie” , she turned to me and said “so , what brings you here Natalie” . I was petrified .
How did she know … NVM .
I am g-great a-actually , wh-what b-brings me h-here ? oh well y-you were the o-one to summon m-me h-here your m-majesty I stammered . That’s when I heard a loud shatter . the small mouse who was carrying the plates dropped them . Cuddles gasped . Suddenly I had the feeling like I said something wrong . oh , i am sorry your majesty I apologize immediately. “It's fine dear” she said coolly. “I summoned you here as I want to talk to you PRIVATELY” . It seemed as though she said the last word loudly so that everyone would leave the room . I turned around and saw the room empty . I half expected a tumbleweed to pass by .
“Why did you want to talk to me …… your majesty” I added at the end .
“I called you here to tell you something,” She replied . “Yeah, I pretty much worked that part out,” I said grinning . “Anyways we don’t have time so I’ll get to the point okay . So first , me and the other kingdom’s queen were best friends so we decided to write a series . But in our first book somehow , the book sort of came to life . Terrenda told me she got the pen for which we wrote the story in a library which was said to be enchanted . it was great at first . but the next minute an evil witch came and stole our pen . She turned me into an elephant and Terrenda into a barbie doll . It is up to you guys to save us . ” she explained . her eyes were filled with tears . Imagine having to be stuck in a book and never seeing your parents . “ I am ready to go on an adventure to save you, '' I said fiercely . “But first , I have a question , of course there were many people who read this book or the books before , why not them ?” . “because not all of them were close friends like you two . only BFFs can come . I allowed many BFF’s to come in , but they were either selfish or had a big mouth .” I laughed . “The first pair didn’t even care about us , so we sent them out and made sure this was all a dream for them , the second took so many pics and interviewed all of us , i thought she was going to make a book out of it , you guys are the perfect pair , Anyways , to save us there is a gem which the witch stole , You will have to return it back to the right place" She did some kind of funny move that looked like that dance teresa showed ( but elephant version ) and said "Oh my is it time already , off to bed you go , cuddles and cinnamon , you’ll find out who she is , they will escort you and accompany you . meanwhile …tomorrow we have WAR!!! . “What about finding the gem?” I asked . “What gem ,
honestly kid , I said war …… wait , we can use stones , They are kind of like gems , throw stones at them , great idea , thanks .. you sure are really into war!!!” the queen replied . What ? Me into war ! unbelievable . I stick to word games , and sport , and art , I do not play PUBG or Fortnite . Plus , she was the one who told me about that Gem thing in the first place ???
Chapter 3- FOOD FIGHT!!
As soon as Natalie got out of there , she figured out that Teresa
is in the toy kingdom .
She decided that she will have to escape and tell Teresa everything .
But according to her calculations ,
She has a 57.3% chance of escaping as Cuddles and cinnamon stick
to her like glue . nothing,” Natalie assured . Then she headed for
the feast.
There at the feast there were all kinds of toys and animals. Terresa
and Natile were at the same place not
knowing it! Then suddenly “Terresa I have a plan” squeaked
a voice. It was Queen Terenda.
“And That is?” encouraged Teresa .
“We’ll start a food fight” squealed Terrenda . She looked so excited,it
looked like she was going to burst .
“WHAAAAT ” screeched Terresa in excitement
‘Shut up” said the queen in her posh voice.
Woosh! there flew a piece of cake in the air. Smack! It hit Queen
Natasha right in the middle of her face. How dare you …” bellowed
Queen Natasha and sucked
up some juice in her trunk and sprayed it over the whole room .
There were screams of anger and food flying everywhere .
Teresa and Natile ducked down under a bench to save themselves.. It
just so happened to be the same one!
“What are you doing here” questioned Nutella in utter surprise .
“ I came here with the queen of toy land” Exclaimed Taco
“ Well we need to get out of here quick”! Squealed Natalie
First we get out of here , then I have something very very important
to tell you … but what concerns me is if Terrenda sees you? No
offence
but she looks terribly strict” said Natilie .
“I have a plan ,” said Teresa . She grabbed a pie that was on the
floor , She threw it straight at Queen Terrenda’s face .
They heard a loud , off - key screech .
Then they ran for it … finally , they came out of the feast .
“Good throw , you could play for the football team at our school”
smiled Natalie .
“Mhmmhm” agreed with Teressa trying not to praise herself.
“Yes … but that is only if we get this problem fixed and get out of
here !” Natalie exclaimed .
“Hey I was wondering … we are probably gonna be staying here
for a while , what about at our place … what will our parents say
if we are missing , what if they think we died ,
what if they call the police , what if….” Natalie panicked .
“Take a chill pill girl,... Natasha and Terrenda seem to know what
they are doing ….
Teresa glanced over at the two queens who were now covered in
food and screaming
“sort of” , Teresa said, completing her sentence.
Then Natalie explained about what Natasha explained to her about
the gem .
“Let’s get started right away , but I guess we are gonna have to miss
War tomorrow !!”
"To be honest , I am not that keen for war tomorrow"
Wait follow me i just remembered something.. QUICK” rushed teressa with Natalie behind her .
Chapter 4- The hut
“Oh wow… Look at that hut it looks like one from a fairy tale” said
Natile in wonder.
I know right” replied Terresa
“How did you know where to go …. Wait a sec … are you the witch?”
asked Natalie in mock suspicion .
“Umm first of all chill out.. Second of all no way ; do I look like a
witch to you.. And third of all i found this hut one day when i was
walking in the forest”
“Okay .. but just so you know , I was joking” replied Natalie .
“Some sort of joke you make.. Well anyways let’s knock on the door”
“Nooo! We need some help … we can’t just explore here and there
without knowing what’s there , I know two animals who can help us”
said Natalie
“I’ll go and rescue them” she added and then ran off to the castle .
“Cuddles … Cinnamon , I need you both” Yelled Natalie at the top of
her lungs over all the commotion . In a flash , the two came ; cuddles
on top of cinnamon .
“I am going on a mission with my friend , I need you both to come
with me .” Natalie explained . “What Mission?” Cinnamon asked, jumping
up and down .
“I’ll explain after we get out,” Natalie replied . They came out .
Natalie explained to them both about the gem and the hut .
“So she is from toy kingdom , I am so not coming” said cuddles angrily
.
“Please cuddles , you're my only hope,” Natalie pleaded .
“fine , but I won’t talk to her” he replied
. “Well , I know that she can’t understand you, so you definitely can’t
talk to her” said Natalie as a matter - of - factly.
They ran over to teresa . “Teresa, I brought them … oh even you brought
toys from the toy kingdom , great!” Natalie gasped out of breath. “Also , Terresa ,
I happened to notice that queen terrenda was missing.” she added .
“ Well I guess she’s somewhere off.. Probably doing some sort of royal stuff..”
said Terresa confidently.
“I don’t think so , I mean she did start this food fight , so why
would she leave it ? I think she started this food fight so she can go
off and do something” said Natalie suspiciously .
“Why are you getting your poor brain in a hustle.. Just chill” said Teressa soothingly.
“Okay , fine , it was just a thought … Okay now FOCUS , cuddles
do you know who’s inside this hut?” asked Natalie patiently .
“No, I have never seen this before!” he answered anxiously .
“Oh , I have …. I used to come here to collect some carrots , see right
over there there is a patch of carrots” squealed cinnamon in
excitement as she pointed towards a garden full of carrots .
“Have you seen anyone coming out of this hut or anything?” asked
Natalie . “Nuh-uh,” said cinnamon, shaking her head .
“Why are you all having such a detailed discussion.. Let's just get in!”
whispered- shouted Terresa
“Sorry , but I had to check if it's safe or not … No don’t go ,
Teresa …. It could be dangerous . Ask those - toys if they know
anything about it ??” said Natalie .
“How can I… They are not listening to me… they call me ‘ the queen’s
betrayer’s’!” said a very annoyed Terresa
knock , we can’t stand here forever …. Cuddles .. cuddles”
called Natalie , she glanced over at cuddles and cinnamon
who were now arguing and fighting with the
toys on whose leader is better . “CUDDLES !!! COME ON , STOP
ARGUING !!!!!!” yelled Natalie . “Sorry …” said cinnamon and hopped inside her bag .
“ Ok Mr. Potato follow me and president barbie get in the bag please”
begged Terresa.
“Hey cinnamon , could you do me a favor and rush to the feast
area , grab a lunch box , put a lot of food inside it and come back …” asked Natalie .
“okey dokey” said cinnamon and hopped off the bag , and
rushed to the feast . “let's wait,” Natalie said and she was
about to sit down when Cinnamon appeared .
“I’m back,” she said and gave the food to Teresa .
“Wow , that was fast” exclaimed Teresa gleefully .
“ Great! So now can we finally go inside please..” said Teresa
annoyingly.
“Yes , but on one condition …. You have to go first as you're
so excited” said Natalie rolling her eyes .
“Humphh! Fine with me” grumbled Teresa..
She scrambled up to the front door.. And hesitatingly knocked the
door. The door creaked open and they slowly went in.
They heard a jolly voice saying “Hi there Girls.. Welcome to my hut”
“You can treat this as your home”.. They saw a kind old lady with a
pink cardigan,
sky blue shirt and a brown skirt. She was walking with the support
of a walking stick.. Her hair was tied in a bun..
“Anyone having a Hansel , gretel Deja vu” whispered Natalie to
Teresa .
“Ummm.. No offence but who-a-are yo-you”
stammered Natalie holding Teresa's hand so tight that it turned red .
“ I am Bertha Hutton , You can call me Bertha , I lived here for as long
as I remember … Anyways what brings you here?” She added.
“ Well umm.. We- we uh..” stumbled Natile
“ We came here accidentally.. We were just walking across the
forest and saw this but. I thought we should check it out” Lied Terresa
She seemed to see a snicker on the old lady's face.. Maybe
it was her imagination..
“ Oh , thats nice dear …. I never had company before …. Would you
like to change … I have some nice clothes that would be perfect for
you
No offence but you look …. Messy” said Bertha kindly and headed
for the room . She bought two pairs of dull Grey tank tops that
looked like they were fit for summer ,
(and for the washing machine whispered Natalie to teresa)
“ Isn't it a bit too chilly for these?” questioned Terresa
“ Well you gotta make do with what I have” Said the lady trying
not to sound mean.
“It's okay , I packed us 2 Tye-Dye shirts , for an emergancy, ”
said Natalie, who now felt braver . “Could we go and change?”
asked Teresa . “of course” replied the old lady.
“Wow this lady’s house is soooo old!” commented Terresa
“Yeah …. Did she even bother to clean this place up ! it is infested
with cobwebs . Personally , I think it looks like a haunted house .
!I half - expect to see a headless man or something”
ranted Natalie ,
who was always such a clean freak .
Natalie the door . She closed and saw a mannequin standing there .
“see , I was right ,” sighed Natalie
“Yeah.. i guess.. Ahhhhhh!” hollered Terresa halfway through her
statement. “ there's are spiders everywhere!!!!!”
“Eeek !!! get on the bed …. I am allergic to spiders”
Natalie screamed bustling to the bed . “ugh! …. First it's the cobwebs
, then the mannequin and the spiders , now a hard , icky , dirty bed .
I am so allergic to this house” complained Natalie .
“What are you not allergic to , ” asked Teresa rolling her eyes
