Leaders are managers and servants too!

Leaders shines not only themselves but they make people to shine.
Leaders are different than the managers.Managers know how to manage things but leaders know how to influence people. I would like to share about how leaders part is different than manager's.

Leadership without management is vision without fulfillment.Good leaders should act as a managers too.
Leaders must be a servant
If you are a servant you can understand what is best for the individual in the organization.It doesn't mean you are a slave to what they want.It means you are a servant to what they need.Heart of the leader manifested through service to others.Leaders are not served by others;but they are serving to others.They will talk for talk less people.People listen those who care them and who know them
In my perception,
Good leader must be manager as well as a good servant too.
