Secret Of Change
Process is a systematic series of actions directed to achieve particular end.By following 4 steps and 4 T's ,we can implement changes in our process.Change will not come through anyone,we should take steps to change.So lets go for the steps,
Step 1:Plan
Develope a plan to imrove the process
⦁ Write down the objective
⦁ Plan how to collect the data
⦁ Plan and find the answer of what,whare,when regarding the process .
eg. how carry out this plan
⦁ Write down prediction.
Step 2: Do
Execute the plan on small scale
⦁ Carry out plan in a small level
⦁ Document what you observed
⦁ Record the data result from the do step
Step 3 Study
Confirm or make adjustment
⦁ Analyse the data you got
⦁ Compare the data with your prediction
⦁ If you are ok with the result then confirm those plans to do .
⦁ If you are not satisfied with that,find what kind of adjustment needed to implement.
Step 4 :Act
⦁ Implement the plan if you confirmed .
⦁ Implement the plan in small scale if you made adjustment again.

⦁ Time -Give enough time to implement the plan.Not too hurry while implementing new things.
⦁ Tools-Make having enough tool or resources to implement the new change
⦁ Training - Analyse how carry out thae plan,take enough training if you need.
⦁ Trust - Once you got training and ready ,then show in your action.
In my perception,
Secret of change is not worrying about old things,but creating new things in a new way.
