⦁ Followers could understand the things what taught by leaders. But Leaders go themselves and get clarification regarding their understanding.
⦁ Followers believe the principle what taught by leaders. But Leaders will test the principle what they collected.
⦁ Followers put in to action what leaders commanded. Leaders will inspire the followers by their action.
⦁ Followers work according to their brain. But Leader does according to their brain and heart.

A good leader should be a follower of people thoughts.
