Sometime falling is good to understand where we are. We can recognize about who we are when we get broken. Falling is not a falling but real falling is when you refuse to get up. Quitters never wins; winners never quit. Falling and getting up only give success. yes. . Falling should not stop you but you have to rise up with new energy.I would like to share some ideas how to getting up again when you fall.How to get recharge your soul,mind and brain.
1.Find your own metaphor
According to grammerly.com, a metaphor is a figure of speech that describes an object or an action in a way that isn't literally true, but helps explain an idea or make a comparison.
We can use metaphor to motivate our self or to convince our self to run forward to reach your destination. Some people use butterfly ,marathon race,stone in water,flute,river ,story,parachute and etc. My metaphor is butterfly. I would like to share my metaphor.
Butterfly
In my view,Butterfly giving meaning of move from one state to other and be ready to learn and give way to change until you become beautiful or worthily to others. Butterfly metaphor teaches me all changes might give force to grow but don't fear it. Use the change as a tool to get empower. Life is not a resting ,but only moving from one cycle to other.Keep moving!
2.Find friends of virtue
" A true friend freely, advises justly, assists readily, adventures boldly, takes all patiently, defends courageously, and continues a friend unchangeable." (William Penn)
Have true friends who will encourage you to rise when you fall. True friend will remind you who you are, what are the talents you have. Good to have some friends of virtue(true friends) rather than 1000s of friends of pleasure.
3.Review the source of self confidence
Remember or talk with people who gave you motivation in your life.If they are in reachable distance,you may go and meet to get your energy back. You can keep an object which one is remind you or push you towards your goal.
