Parenting is an art , attitude , happiness, journey , daily experiences and etc.  It is our responsibility as a parents to prepare our kids for future but not very necessary make future for them. Parenting  is not only pampering ;but we need to show them  how much beauty they have inside and how to lead those beauties in effective  and efficient  manner. I have learned 4 kinds of parenting according to Developmental psychologist Diana  Baumrind.

Authoritative  parenting

 In this style , parents  will expect  reasonable demands from kids and show their high responsiveness. They might expect things  by giving their full support and resources .They will listen to their kids, they will encourage independence too. Kids under  this  style parenting will have high self regulation skill, self confidence ad happy attitude. 

                            They will set rules with explanation.

Permissive parenting

In this style,  parents  will expect  few  demands from kids and show their highest responsiveness. Their thinking is kids are kids. They don't take any attempt to correct them. They will ask their opinion in all decision. They will  give much importance to freedom not for responsibility.
                                 There is no more rules .

Uninvolved parenting
  In this style,parents  are neglectful parents.They will expect nothing from kids and no responsiveness toward kids. They are making distant emotionally with kids .This kids will become anxiety people,often emotionally withdrawn,fear about people,less performance in school.
                              No rules no caring

Authoritarian
"Authoritarian Parenting Style" is an extremely strict form of parenting that expects a child to listen all their rules but they don't take idea from them.in this style, they will give punishment if they break their rules even a  little. Kids under this parents are unhappy kids ,less confident kids.

I am inviting you analyse  about yourself and your kids to find which style you are following in parenting and think about which parenting will suit better for you and your kids because they are your's!

In my perception,
               Children will listen not your words more but really what you are doing. We are their shapers, guides, motivators, teachers and leaders too.
